Repeat Prescriptions
If you need a repeat prescription before your next consultation, please complete the form below. After paying our admin fee, you will be directed to our secure prescription renewal order form. There, you can choose how you would like to receive your medication. You may prefer an electronic prescription, which you can use at most UK pharmacies, or to have your medication delivered directly to your door.
Please note that we can only issue medication to women who are currently under our care at Rowena Health. We are unable to provide refunds of our admin fee, so please ensure that you are a current patient of ours before making a payment. If you would like us to provide ongoing HRT medication, we require an annual consultation. If we have prescribed testosterone for you, we will need to perform a blood test within 3-6 months of starting the treatment, followed by yearly reviews and blood tests.
Please check our FAQs section for more information about prescriptions. To ensure safe prescribing, we may need an updated blood pressure reading before issuing a prescription, especially for HRT. You can take your blood pressure at home using a simple monitor like this one, or by visiting your local pharmacy or GP for a quick check.
Request Form
Please note that this service is only available to existing patients of Rowena Health who have previously been prescribed medication by us.
Before we can process your request, a non-refundable admin fee of £35 will be charged to cover our administrative costs. This fee does not include the cost of the medication, which will be charged separately by the pharmacy.
Upon submission of the form, you will be redirected to our secure payments page to pay the admin fee. Once your payment is confirmed, you will be asked to provide details of the repeat medication you require and your preferred delivery method.
For the greatest convenience and security, we use a digital prescribing service. If you choose to pick up your prescription from a local pharmacy, you will receive a digital prescription from our partner, SignatureRx, which can be used at a large number of pharmacies across the UK.
Alternatively, if you choose to have your prescription delivered to a UK address, our partner, CloudRx, will contact you to take payment for the medication. If payment is received before 4pm Monday to Friday, your medication will normally be dispatched to arrive the following day before 1pm and will require a signature upon delivery.
