About Rowena Health

Dr Carys Sonnenberg is a BMS Registered menopause specialist, NHS GP and the founder of Rowena Health.

She works with individuals and organisations to help women better understand hormonal health and improve wellbeing during midlife and beyond.

Carys combines evidence-based knowledge with practical guidance, helping women navigate hormonal changes with greater confidence and support.

She is also the co-author of a book on women’s hormonal health, providing accessible guidance for improving wellbeing during midlife.
