Please note that if you have just made a consultation booking, or completed your patient questionnaire, we will have advised you that we may need to have your blood pressure reading prior to being able to issue you with a prescription for any medication, such as HRT. This can be done easily at home using a simple home blood pressure monitor, which can be purchased online, or can often be provided as a quick service to you by visiting your local pharmacy or GP. It is not essential to provide this on the questionnaire, but having it available for your consultation is advisable.
